  Never do I get a good tasting coffee from this store, pisses me off everytime, I'm not going to drive to the other side of town for a good one, I shouldn't have to.
  Something needs to change at this location.

  One of your female managers with the fake eyebrows needs an attitude check. She is always giving people dirty looks and treating customers like they are in the wrong when the customer gets a little annoyed by terrible service.

  Standard Timmies in quality and layout. Coffee is usually very fresh. Location occasionally has a reduced selection of baked goods (That bagel you like, or the new muffin from TV). I have gone in and the only baked good is cookies.
