  Every time I go through the drive thru in the morning there is some problem. The person taking orders talks over me before I can finish saying my order. This has caused my order to be incorrect multiple times when I reach the window. This morning I asked for a medium double-double and a #3 with a double double. after being interrupted and asked if I wanted 3 double doubles. I repeated my order and it was still wrong when I got to the window. I then received attitude from the four workers in the window. They told me they didn't charge me for the additional coffee or my hash brown that comes with the meal. I told them if they listened to me the first time I would be on the hwy heading to work by now. I didn't pay for the hash brown or the coffee. It was a lengthy stay in the drive thru and a frustrating start to my day. When I got to work my breakfast sandwich was excessively covered in spicy mayo sauce, it was disgusting and I could not take more than one bite. Not to mention, the sandwich was poorly put together. I will be going to another Tim Horton's from now on. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

  Older décor but still good. Easy to get in and out unlike the other Tim's down the street few hundred meters away.

  Went there not long ago and received 2 steep tea's when i went to take a drink it was spilled all over me due to a broken cup and lid that wouldnt attach correctly. When i took the cup from the drive through window some was spilled on me, the lady laughed. Not impressed at all and depending on the burn on my leg i may be in further contact added a picture of the broken cup

  I pass by this Tim Hortons everyday on my way to work. I work shift work so I visit this place days and night. In about 5 different occasions the employees have gotten my orders wrong. Once I had my ice coffee spilt on me when the employee passed the cup through the widow. The customer service is sad and pathetic, some employees need a course in mannerism as I've had employees raise their voice at me over the intercom because they are frustrated with themselves for not finding which button to press as I place my order. I will NEVER attend this Tim Hortons again.
