  Not the greatest experience at a Timmys, but I still left with a negative feeling after this. I ordered an iced coffee with chocolate milk for my wife on Saturday January 14. (Sounds nasty but she loves them). Went to the window and was handed an iced cap with chocolate milk. That is typical when they aren't paying attention but nothing to get cranky about. However, when I corrected her and she handed me the drink I heard her turn and say to her colleague 'no he said iced cap so it's not us'. I drove off and wish I had of said something to defend myself. My wife and I clearly heard me order an iced coffee. I just get frustrated with an employee blaming their error on me.

  90% of the time they get the most simple orders wrong, and staff are rude when you ask to correct the mistake THEY have made. I heard that all of the "trained staff" leave after a certain time and leave all the new staff alone. If this is true it's very poor business practices for this Tims!
