  Best service I've ever had. The staff are wonderful and don't try to turn the tables even when it's busy. Always kind and courteous and gluten free friendly. Would highly recommend!

  Went with a group of friends on June 7th 2017 and had a horrible experience. Our waiter was Jo who initially seemed nice but turned out to be very unimpressive.
  
  We received menus quickly but our waters took 15 minutes to arrive. The wait to order food was unbearable, it was an additional 20 minutes. Once we ordered we had to sit for half an hour for the food to arrive incorrectly. A table member ordered a plain burger with ketchup but he received it with every condiment on it, he said that it was incorrect but he said he will eat it anyways (she didn't acknowledge the incorrectly made food).
  
  During our dinner she never came by to check up on our progress. No water refills were offered, didn't ask if everything was fine, she just ignored our table.
  
  When it came to paying for the dinner we were all upset and wanted to leave so we asked for our bills. The bills took 30 minutes , our table was cleaned by OTHER employees before we saw a bill (not even the debit machine). All the employees cleaning our table ignored us and didn't care to ask why we were waiting there.
  
  The bill finally got paid as we stood up we said thank you to only be blantly ignored by her.
  
  We had to wait 30 minutes to give your establishment our money for some incorrect sub par food with poor service.

  Go here on my lunch hour, usually with co-workers. I always call ahead to ensure that there is a table and the wait will not be long. Whenever we go there we are always greeted with a smile. They were closed for renovations a couple weeks ago and although they didn't do a huge tear down renovation, what they did do to the place just enhances the welcoming atmosphere and inspires great conversations. The food is always good, I usually fancy a good pasta or a simple sandwich, but even those go above and beyond. Price to Quality ratio is on point, can't complain. Kudos to the Chef's, the staff, and the management, this is and always will be my go-to for Lunch or Dinner.

  Jo was our server and she was really slow and had no respect at all. She made us wait for half an hour just to bring us water, then sat down and talked to another group as we were waiting for our food (that took another hour).
  
  The food is extremely overpriced for the portion sizes, and the fries are saltier then the Dead Sea. She didn't listen to us as we were calling her back to the table to fix a burger order that was done wrong.
  
  Even paying tor the food was difficult, as it took 10 minutes (and 3 OTHER WAITRESSES) to get the dirty plates, and another 15 to get the debit machine. When it finally did arrive, Jo pulled one last petty move by slamming our reciepts down on the table, then storming off like we were the ones at fault.

  *cracking knuckles* ok let me tell you a story of how terrible, is an understatement. This store was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant through my decades of eating at family restaurants. But this place isn't a family restaurant, it is an abomination to the name. A freak of a restaurant, the walls had cracks, crooked paintings, terrible staff members. This mad house is anything buy family friendly. First off, I'd like to comment on the food adequately to give you a fair chance. But no. I got the coldest conglomerate mass off overpriced salted fries and other food items only God knows on the plate. I'd rather stare at the wall for ANOTHER hour than talk to Joe, the waitress. It's hard to write due to the sorry and pitty I have for this place. I give up, this store should give up.
